Refund policy
Returns, replacements, and refunds for wholesale sublimation blanks and supplies.
Eligible issues
•
Wrong SKU or quantity shipped versus your paid invoice.
•
Manufacturing defect on coating (peeling, major blemish) on blanks — with photos.
•
Courier damage to mugs/plates when outer box shows clear impact (report within 48 hours of delivery).
How to request
•
WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with order ID, photos, and short description.
•
Keep damaged goods and packaging until we confirm disposal or return instructions.
•
Approved cases: replacement stock, account credit, or refund to original payment method where possible.
Usually not refundable
•
Custom printed or made-to-order goods once production has started.
•
Consumables (ink, paper, tape) after seal is opened, unless defective on arrival.
•
Minor colour variance within normal production tolerance for polyester or ceramic.
•
Delays caused by courier after handover — we will help trace but liability follows courier terms.
Cancellations
•
Cancel before dispatch for a full reversal if payment not yet used for packing.
•
After dispatch, standard return rules above apply; return shipping may be buyer-paid unless our error.
